We care about the quality of our coffee and always strive to ensure that every order delivers delicious, fresh coffee. Our return and exchange policies are described below.

Food Returns

Coffee is a food product, so we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened packages. This is due to food safety and storage requirements.

If the packaging is unopened

If you received your item in its original, unopened packaging, you can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be in new condition, undamaged, with its packaging and all stickers intact.

If the item is damaged or there is an error in your order

We will be happy to assist you if:
• you received the wrong item
• the packaging was damaged during delivery
• the item is defective or faulty

In this case, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and include a photo of the packaging and item. We will offer a replacement or refund.

Return and Shipping

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or damage to the item during shipping.

How to process a return or exchange

Please provide us with your order number and the reason for your return. We will quickly verify the information and advise you on the next steps.
