Chocolate Flavored Coffee is a rich coffee with a distinct cocoa aroma. The taste is warm, enveloping, and very cozy, like a cup of coffee with a chocolatey flavor. The coffee base remains dense and natural, and the aftertaste reveals a light, refined bitterness that adds depth and maturity to the profile without excessive sweetness.
The base of the blend is 100% Arabica beans from Brazil and Colombia. The Brazilian beans impart a softness and a pleasant chocolatey roundness, while the Colombian beans add balance and a more vibrant flavor profile. This ensures a harmonious cocoa aroma that doesn't overpower the coffee's natural character.
How we make flavored coffee
We roast the beans, and then immediately after roasting, while they're still hot and the pores are open, we add food-grade flavoring. The aroma penetrates the beans and is locked in using our special, secret technology. Therefore, the finished beans are not coated in oil or have a film; they remain clean and dry, yet still release a vibrant aroma during grinding and brewing.
This coffee can be brewed using any method: V60, filter coffee, or in an espresso machine.
When you drink the finished drink, you experience the natural flavor of the coffee, followed by a cocoa aftertaste with a slight bitterness that lingers on the tongue. This product is sugar-free and contains no additives. Just coffee and a pure aroma that makes the cup especially warm.
