Creme Brulee Flavored Coffee is a coffee with a sophisticated dessert profile, inspired by the French crème brûlée. The aroma reveals notes of clotted cream and delicate caramel, while the taste remains coffee-like, with a delicate bitterness and a soft, velvety body. The finish is long and warm, with a pronounced sweetness of dark caramel, like the thin caramel crust of a dessert.
The base of the blend is 100% Arabica beans from Brazil and Colombia. The Brazilian beans provide roundness and softness, while the Colombian beans add balance and a more vibrant flavor development. This ensures that the creamy and caramel notes are harmonious and do not overpower the natural flavor of the beans.
How we make flavored coffee
We roast the beans, and then immediately after roasting, while they are still hot and the pores are open, we add food-grade flavoring. The aroma penetrates the beans and is locked in using our special, secret technology. Therefore, the finished beans are not coated in oil or have a film; they remain clean and dry, yet still release a vibrant aroma during grinding and brewing.
This coffee can be brewed any way: V60, filter coffee, or in an espresso machine.
When you drink the finished drink, you experience the natural flavor of the coffee, followed by a creamy, caramel-like finish with a slight sweetness of dark caramel.
