Pistachio Flavored Coffee is a balanced and rich coffee with a vibrant pistachio aroma. The flavor is dense and invigorating, with a delicate coffee bitterness that accentuates the nutty profile. The finish is soft, slightly sweet, and very "dessert-like," with a distinctive pistachio note that lingers. The drink is rich and interesting, yet still a truly strong coffee.
The base coffee is 100% Indonesian Robusta. It provides a thick body, strength, and a distinct coffee character. Indonesian Robusta adds depth and a slight earthy bitterness, allowing the pistachio aroma to unfold brightly and richly, while the taste remains dense and confident.
How we make flavored coffee
We roast the beans, and then immediately after roasting, while they are still hot and the pores are open, we add food-grade flavoring. The aroma penetrates the beans and is locked in using our proprietary technology. This ensures that the finished beans are not coated in oil or film; they remain clean and dry, yet still release a vibrant aroma during grinding and brewing.
This coffee can be brewed using any method: V60, filter coffee, or in an espresso machine.
When you drink the finished drink, you experience the full, natural flavor of the coffee, followed by a sweet, nutty aftertaste of pistachios with a soft bitterness. This product is sugar-free and contains no additives. Just coffee and pure aroma, creating a rich and memorable cup.
