Mocaccino Flavored Coffee is a rich coffee with a soft chocolate aroma and the atmosphere of a coffee dessert. The taste is reminiscent of a delicate cappuccino foam dusted with cocoa, where creamy notes beautifully blend with a dense coffee base. The finish is long and expressive, with a light tobacco note that adds depth and makes the profile more mature and refined. The drink is enveloping, warm, and very distinctive.
The base of the blend is 100% Arabica beans from Brazil and Colombia. The Brazilian beans impart softness and chocolate roundness, while the Colombian beans add balance and a more vibrant flavor development. This allows the chocolate and creamy notes to be pure and harmonious, while the natural coffee flavor remains at the center of the cup.
How we make flavored coffee
We roast the beans, and then immediately after roasting, while they are still hot and the pores are open, we add food-grade flavoring. The aroma penetrates the beans and is locked in using our proprietary technology. This ensures that the finished beans are not coated in oil or film; they remain clean and dry, yet deliver a rich aroma even during grinding and brewing.
This coffee can be brewed using any method: V60, filter coffee, or in an espresso machine.
When you drink the finished drink, you experience the natural flavor of the coffee, followed by a chocolatey, creamy finish with cocoa and a light tobacco note. This product is sugar-free and contains no additives. Just coffee and pure aroma, making the cup especially memorable.
