Date Maragogype Flavored Coffee

Dates Maragogype Flavored Coffee is a warm, smooth, and very dessert-like coffee with a rich aroma of creamy caramel and milk chocolate. The flavor unfolds in layers in the cup: initially, the natural coffee character is felt, followed by the sweetness of cocoa beans and dried dates, and a rich, chewy toffee finish. The drink is rich, yet soft and comfortable, without harshness.

The base coffee is 100% Maragogipe Arabica from Nicaragua. This variety is known for its large beans and delicate, smooth flavor. Maragogipe also has a reduced caffeine content, so the drink feels lighter but remains aromatic and full-bodied. The sweet profile of dates, caramel, and chocolate fits perfectly into this base and unfolds harmoniously.

How we make flavored coffee

We roast the beans, and then immediately after roasting, while they're still hot and the pores are open, we add food-grade flavoring. The aroma penetrates the beans and is locked in using our proprietary technology. Therefore, the finished beans are not coated in oil or film; they remain clean and dry, yet still release a vibrant aroma during grinding and brewing.

This coffee can be brewed any way: V60, filter coffee, or in an espresso machine.
