Baked Apple Flavored Coffee is a balanced coffee with the cozy aroma of homemade baked goods and spices. Warm notes of ripe baked apple, sweet raisins, spicy cinnamon, and delicate vanilla unfold in the cup. The aroma is soft, warming, and very "homey," yet the drink remains true coffee, with a pure, bean-like flavor and a long, pleasant finish.
The base of this blend is 100% Arabica beans from Brazil and Colombia. The Brazilian beans impart a soft and rounded flavor, while the Colombian beans add brightness and balance. The result is a harmonious coffee that perfectly complements the dessert-like profile of the baked apple without losing the character of the natural bean.
How we make flavored coffee
We roast the beans, and then immediately after roasting, while they are still hot and the pores are open, we add food-grade flavoring. This flavoring penetrates the beans and is fixed using our special, secret technology. Therefore, the finished beans are not coated in oil or have a film; they remain clean and dry, yet still release a vibrant aroma during grinding and brewing.
This coffee can be brewed any way: V60, filter coffee, or in an espresso machine.
