Hazelnut Brownie Flavored Coffee is an invigorating and rich coffee with a dessert-like character and a vibrant chocolate profile. The aroma and flavor reveal sweet notes of caramel and creamy nougat, contrasting beautifully with the pronounced bitterness of dark chocolate. The finish is long and warm, with hints of cinnamon and roasted hazelnut. The base coffee is 100% Indonesian Robusta. This provides strength, a rich body, and a distinct coffee character. Indonesian Robusta is known for its depth and richness, so the chocolate-nutty notes are especially vibrant, while the flavor remains strong and invigorating.
How we make flavored coffee
We roast the beans, and then immediately after roasting, while they're still hot and the pores are open, we add food-grade flavoring. The aroma penetrates the beans and is locked in using our proprietary technology. Therefore, the finished beans are not coated in oil or a film; they remain clean and dry, yet still release a vibrant aroma during grinding and brewing.
This coffee can be brewed any way: V60, filter coffee, or in an espresso machine.
When you drink the finished drink, you experience the full, natural flavor of the coffee, followed by a finish of dark chocolate, cinnamon, and hazelnut, with the pleasant dessert-like sweetness of caramel and nougat.
